Headaches

Just thought i'd share that I have always suffered from major headaches on a daily basis until I went on a super clean 12 week contest diet. No headaches for 12 weeks. The day after my show when I started eating "normal" food again i've had a severe headache everyday since. Just thought i'd share that fun fact. Guess it's good, it's forcing me to eat clean again.

Sounds like you may have a food intolerance

The hospital I work in has an allergy unit which has lots of information about it here:

If your headaches are affecting your day-to-day life, talk to your GP and get referred to an allergy clinic where a Registered Dietitian can go through an elimination diet with you to try and find the cause of your headaches.

Oh man, this sounds interesting. I need to see my GP about this.
I always have headaches throughout the day, and then there's random days when I don't have headaches ... Could very well be food / allergy related!

Hows your sleep?
for me if I sleep more then 9 hours and less then 7 I will have major headaches for the day.

You headaches are probably caused by aspartame in crystal lite...
remove the aspartame in your diet and the headaches will probably go away

If you don't mind, could you PM me an overview of your diet? I suffer from migraines around 4x a week, and would like to try cleaning up my diet to see how it works.
