yesterday during our ME Squat night some guy came over and asked for as spot... he had a 6" wide tapered tan leather belt, had his knees wrapped, and was quarter squatting 185.
one of my nicer training partners went over and stood behind him for a bit ("spotting?")
I laughed at him...I'm an evil person. but that's pretty much most people's "squatting"...very few ever do what we all do. which is kinda cool, cause when marcus or I unrack a squat everyone in the gym watches us.*Mods/CS will not, nor can they change your username, so don't ask*

A year ago when I was 168(round about 2 months before my 18th) my lifts were...
215
355
275
5
It wasn't a week before that 355 pull that it was stuck at 335. My DL exploded around that time and it stopped at 440 and a new BW of 183 about 7 months later. I'm a little better in the other two lifts and pullups as well, despite being heavier.aKa MalachiMcMullen elsewhere

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 154 lbs (was about 170 pre-injuries when I hit these numbers)
Bench: 240x3
Squat: 285x5
Deadlift: 375x3
Pullups: Probably 12-15
Squat is the only one that could be probably be higher now (front squatted 250x5 last week) but I am just starting to squat again, so it might take several weeks to "relearn" the movement. As I Lay Dying > Creatine
