just to let you guys know, i'm up 2 pounds. I have however stoped taking any intraworkout supp (intrabolic, purple wraath, WMS-even though I still use WMS pre workout) because for the past month or so I have been throwing up during my workout every other week, so now I just pre and post feed.

Day 16...ARMS
Wow my arm workout was the strongest I had today!
I did the following for arms:
Close Grip Bench press: 220 lbs. for 8 reps of 3 sets
superset with
Alternate dummbell curls with super strict form: 50 lbs. dumbells for 8 reps of 2 sets followed by 40 lbs. dumbbels for one set of 12 reps.
Bodyweight dips wwith 60 additional pounds: 3 sets of 12 reps
superset with
perpindicular (to the floor) spider curls: 75 lbs. for 3 sets of 10 reps
rope cable pushdowns: 80 lbs. for 3 sets of 8 reps
superset with
Dumbbell Hammer curls in Unison: 45 lbs. dumbbells for 3 sets of 10 reps (using stricter form than last time)
standing skull crushers: 85 lbs. for 13 reps of 3 sets
superset with
reverse barbell curls: 80 lbs. for 10 reps of 3 sets
One arm cable push downs: 25 lbs. for 25 reps of 3 sets
super set with
Cable curls: 80 lbs. for 10 reps of 3 sets
Yes, My arms are getting stronger. I have gone up 10 lbs. on close grip bench press. not only that, but I can fell the mind to muscle connection better and I can also feel the triceps contract better. I keep my hands about 10 inches apart on these
Also on spider curls, I tried to keep my arms perpindicular to the floor so i could get a super pump. yeah I had to lighten the weight but it was worth it.
However, I think next week I am going to drop close grips, and instead go heavy on dips, followed by skull crushers and then close grips. However, I may lighten the weight by 40 lbs. and keep my hands 6 inches apart (also because it will be my third tricep exercise, not my first. So I will be substantially weaker on it.)

WOW! Great job! When I get into serious lifting I will start taking supps. I'll keep up with your log to see how you do. Keep up the great work
It starts out easy, something simple, something sleazy, something inching past the edge of the reserve.
Now through lines of the cheap venetian blinds your car is pulling off of the curb. Just when you think you're in control, just when you think you've got a hold, just when you get on a roll, here it goes, here it goes, here it goes again. Oh, here it goes again. I should have known, should have known, should have known again, but here it goes again. Oh, here it goes again.

Day 18 LEGS
so today I made Branch Warren look like a pussy and did the following for legs:
Barbell Squats: 250 lbs. for 4 sets of 8 reps ALL THE WAY DOWN
Leg press: 8 plates on each side for 10 reps of 5 sets (don't ask me why I did 5 sets lol)
Cybex machine leg press: 370 lbs. for 10 reps of 4 sets
front squats: 135 lbs. for 4 sets of 8 reps
leg extensions: 3 sets of 275 lbs. of 10 reps followed by maxing out the whole stack (305lbs) for 1 set of 10 reps.
Seated cybex machine leg curls: 195 lbs. for 10 reps of 4 sets followed by 220 lbs. for 1 set of 6 reps (I put a 25 lbs. plate on the pin.)
lying leg curls: 160 lbs. for 4 sets of 8 reps.
Overall I had a great leg workout, I wish I could have done more for hamstrings, but my legs were just too tired. I don't expect my squat to go up much while on prime because the range of motion (ALL THE WAY DOWN) is just to great to add any significant poundage. Monday is chest.Last edited by freudslip; 09-20-2008 at 11:10 AM.

Day 29...Chest AND back
Chest:
Incline barbell bench press: 210 lbs for 3 sets of 8 reps.
Incline dumbbel press: 90 lbs. dumbbells for 8 reps of 3 sets
Decline bench press: 205 lbs. for 10 reps of 3 sets

2 hours later back workout:
Barbell rows: 230 lbs for 8 reps of 3 sets
Deadlifts: 275 lbs. for 8 reps of 4 sets
T bar rows: 170 lbs. for 8 reps of 3 sets
One arm Dumbbel rows: 90 pound dumbbell for 10 reps of 3 sets
Cybex machine back rows: Maxed out whole stack for 6 reps of 6 sets
Lat pulldown: 130 lbs for 8 reps of 3 sets.
V bar pulldowns: 1 set of 8 reps with 130 lbs. then 2 sets of 142 lbs for 8 reps.
Plate loaded lat pulldowns: 250 lbs for 6 reps of 3 sets
Overall thoughts: I am gradually getting stronger but I decided to start going heavy on barbell rows and dtiching the straps with 4 sets of deadlifts with one minute rests between deadlifts sets. I also went from an 85 pound dummbell to a 90 pound dumbell with good form (no lawnmower starting form).
Chest is slowly but gradually getting stronger too.
also, no giant sets were performed on these...Last edited by freudslip; 09-29-2008 at 02:50 AM.

Usplabs is pure grade A bull****, I tried prime out for a month and got nothing. Plus i'm sick of the industries sleazy marketing

Just to clear things up about the situation with USP Labs. I had my progress pictures published in Planet Muscle magazine. It was a 90 day transformation. I spoke to the person writing the article and whatnot and told him I did use the AP and P-Slin, but I was running a $hit-load of highly dosed designer gear including: H-Drol, Furazadrol, 11-OXO, Epistane, MOHN, and even some 4hydroxytestosterone. He said that no one really needs to know about that and so it was published that my transformation was a result of the AP, P-Slin, and Powerfull which I didn't mention to him, but maybe I used it a couple nights to go to sleep? Some of the other things I wrote to him were skewed as well, but nothing big.
A few things happened with the representative package (free stuff YAY) and I only repeatedly asked about it, because I was told it shipped. I was told 4 times in a 1.5 month interval that it shipped out. I made a couple public jokes about, "hey USP, you guys ship it out pony express?" lol. Mullet or Jacob wouldn't answer/return my emails and PMs so I mentioned it a few times in a subtle way in some threads. Then one time I mentioned it in a USP thread and Jacob, who couldn't respond to an inquiry, came into the thread within a minute to tell me how he doesn't put up with issues being made public.
I was also upset about the Prime writeup. I'm answering questions about Prime before the ingredients are released and even I don't know what it is. I come to find out that this steroid replacement is terminilia chebula and some tribulus extract. This herb is known by herbalists and people into holistic medicine, but us bodybuilders don't really know much about it. BUT! But, it's new to us, so praise USP. I was appalled, but remained silent.
Focus Dirt... It's supposedly a compound never seen in the industry... but it's schizandra. Schisandra, schizandra... whatever. It's sold pretty cheap by the pound at other sites... and works well. But USP Labs has their own super patented version Well hey, even I bought a tub of it because I like schizandra. It is what it is.
I threw the rest of prime away because it doesnt work, it's bull****. My gains were placebo (especially on bench press and close grips because of the self lift off it had, that and I started prime once I worked with these bench presses).
USPlabs is pure bull****.
would not buy again.
