Sick is a very broad definition. I'd listen to your body when you're sick, especially if its a stomach bug. Getting sick always derails those of us that work out, but its just part of the cycle. Try to keep the protein up, but if you're vomiting you're going to have to stick with juice and soup.

If you're sick you won't be hungry because your body is busy enough fighting off the illness and is not impelled to be assimilating food during such time. Like eating a snack while your jogging a 5K.
