My attempt to a fit me!
Good Morning everyone!
Well I decided to start a new journal yet again My goal is still the same but I think I am going to be smarter this time around to achieve it. We'll see though I am going to try and balance between carbs/fat/protein. I received a new program from Team Scivation and I am going to follow it for the next 12 weeks.
Sometimes I get very overwhelmed since I have a full time job and have a 10 month old at home. But I will do my best...
Today is D1W1
Deallift 1x10@70lb;2x10@75lb
Lat pull downs 3x10 pulley
Bent Over Row 3x10 40 lb + Bar
DB Shrug 2x10 @36lb
Bent Over DB Lat Raises 2x10 @10lb in EA
After that I did 30 minutes on the treadmill 2.53miles 337cals
Today's food plan
EW + E + Eng Muffin - DONE
CC + Almonds + Apple - done
Tuna + Almonds + Bread + Romain Lettuce - Done
PP + Apple + PB + Cucumber
Salmond + Avocado + Green Beans
My current weight is a little high. I think mostly it relates to eating lots of candy and drinking lots of wine for the past couple of days...
Today's weight is 134lb (mostly probably bloat).

Hey sweetie! You know I'm in
Workout and food look on point! The one thing with the Scivation plan is that it doesn't leave much room for thinking...so with the full time job and the 10 mon. old!! And...you know we all be here for support!

Oh just wanted to point out that this girl at my new job - her husband is a chef, and she always brings tons of food for lunch for everyone to eat. Sometimes I eat it because it actually is really good in terms of taste but not in terms of fat. Today, although everyone had indulged in stuffed shells and chicken in pink vodka sauce and sausages and peppers, I ate my own lunch although I did sit with everyone.... It was tempting I must admit but I know what my goal is - fit into my clothes comfortably! And eating crap will not get me there!!! So I ate my tuna and avocado and veggies

Good morning everyone!
Today's weight - still the same - 132.4
Yesterday had 2 small mini cheats - a bite of bread pudding (it was very hard to resist... warm, w/nuts on top....) and a bite of the sample cake for Max's b-day... I can't believe that he will be 1 in less then 2 months now....!!!!
Yesterday after work I took him on a straller walk for 43minutes - that was my cardio.
Today - W1D3
Cardio - HIIT on the treadmil 30@10speed/30@4.0speed + 15 min SS - total - 3.0miles and 350cals
Food for today -
1. 1/2Oats + 3 EW + 1E
2. 3/4CC + 2tsp PB + 3.5oz Apple

Good morning everyone!
Well the weight (mostly water) is gradually decreasing!!! 130.8lb today! 15.8lb more to go!!! I can do it I know
Yesterday was the 1st football game and I actually watched some of it My hubby is nuts about football so I am trying to get into it a little bit...
Last night for my last meal I made turkey burgers and just couldn't resist and had one instead of my planned protein intake... without the bun of course...
Today:
Training - Done (Lower)
Squats - 3x10@50lb
Deadlifts - 3x10 @75lb
Lunges - 3x8@45lb
After that I was running out of time and hopped on the treadmil for 10 min.
Intervals @10% incline - 1.5m @3.5/1m@2.0 walking lunges - this was tough!!!!
I will take Max for a walk outside after work though...
Also today my sister sent me some pics from her vacation... and let me tell you she looks great I know she isn't doing it healthy though.... she is completely obsessive with food.... I am sure that she has an eating disorder... But I still want to look like her.... I can't even believe I am saying that because I always used to be the best looking one and the thin looking one.... oh well... just need to concentrate more on good eats and I know the fat will shed....

Hello! Great job on resisting temptation and eating healthy.
You've got to eat to lose. It does seem counter intuitive, but it works.

My foods had not been great lately.... I've been eating lots of junk... chocolate... bad carbs you name it.... But I decided that's it.... I need a fresh start... I want to be a role model for my baby and I want to look my best
My current weight is 134.6.... I know I know... but IT WILL come down.... I am sure that some of it is not real weight....at least I hope so
My goal - is to be fit.... I would like to hit below 120lb... but we'll see... my main goal right now is consistency... not obsession... and mainly my goal is not to fail but to succeed... kind of sounds weird but that is my goal...
As of today I am training with Jaime and hope that she can help/guide me in achieving these goals
Monday W1D1
Today is my 1st day of beeing truely back at it I will try to do my best and hope that people on this bord will be supportive of my goals
Training - Lower Done - highest weight
Plia squats - 40lb BB
SLDL - 75lb
Step Ups - 30lb
Lying DB Hamstring Curls - 10lb
Jump Squats - 10lb in EA
V Ups
V Holds
Cardio - After that I planned to do a 30 min jog on the treadmil but ran out of time so I did only 10minutes. I will take a walk w/Max on the straller today after work though
Today's food:Coffee before the workout (nothing added to it)
1. Oats + EW + PP
2. WWB + PP + Coffee + some diet coke
3. Chicken + Avocado + Green Beans
4. CC + PB
5. Chicken + Almonds + Broccoli
I am glad to be back at it... I actually have always kept up with the training and cardio but the diet.... I know I will stick to it this time though!

NO weighing yourself everyday. I forgot to mention that. The scale is a little b*tch that plays too many mind games and messes with your head. So 1-2 times a week, k? Its for your own good

Glad the diet is going well. It is a lot easier when you're eating the same things.
