Trader Joe's Whey protein. Any good?

Trader Joe's Whey protein. I saw that it was $11 for whey protein. around 30 servings, 24 grams of protein per serving. Anyone ever tried it? I used to buy protein from gnc, at around $28. But if trader joe's is just as good, I might switch over. Tell me the pros and cons guys. Thanks!

Go back and tell us how the profile looks. I'm sure it's mostly whey concentrate, but the price still seems good.

My nearest Trader Joes is about 20 minutes away and I'm too lazy to go.

This is all I could find of Trader Joe's whey protein. And various forums that I found people talking about TJ's whey mentions this kind, but I don't think it's the one you're talking about since it only has 16g of protein per serving. Please do update me/us on it. I'm really interested. I may pick up their dried blueberries where I'm at it...

soy protein is fine. true it does not have as good as an amino profile as whey but it still is protein. people choose to stay away from it because it supposedly raises estrogen levels, but i eat a lot of soy and am still a man

    BOO!!!

j/k. Thanks anyway. But I'm sure they do have whey, but like the link I provided in my previous post, the profile seems sub par. Nonetheless, I'll make my trip to TJ's sometime this week and check it out.

At my local Trader Joe's they had both. Ask a manager there to get you some whey.

Yea, I love their cheap wine. They used to have the two-buck-chuck ($2 wine), but I don't think they do anymore.

The only one I've been to was in Boston, and I think they had that... this was around a year ago though.

I was surprised how great the prices were there, considering everything is organic.
