Should I take a casein protein on a cut?
I eat six meals a day spaced out three hours, two of which are protein shakes, I was wondering if those should be whey protein, or casein protein.
Breakdown:
Meal 1 Breakfast
2Protein shake
3Lunch
4Protein shake
5PWO shake
6Dinner
I'm also not sure if I should be taking a protien shake before bed, will doing this make me gain weight/ keep me from losing it, or help out?

It really doesn't matter when you eat, it's how much you eat. A lot of people on here eat some cottage cheese before bed because it is a good source of casein protein for the hours spent sleeping.

I would also recommend eating more and drinking less pro. shakes. I try to limit mine to before and after working out.
