Best stack for the least amount of money

I am trying to put together a good stack for muscle building, and recovery. Mostly recovery. I go through so very tough workouts, just like most of you, and I need help recovery quickly for my next workout. I am having a kid, so I have to be careful about what I spend. My nutrition is very good. Thank you

No, theres not a need for it, especially if your diet is good.

But from experience, I can say that taking products like mentioned above has helped me with recovery, which is what he was asking for.

100% ON Whey= 40$ per month(2 scoops per day.)
Higher Power Micronized Creatine= 3$ per month

Thank you for the support. I take Orange Triad and love it but people think that just because you workout and bodybuild you NEED a bodybuilding-geared Multi-V. Not really true in most cases.

kirkland multis are cheaper than flintstone multis. kirkland aka costco ones are around 9 dollars i believe and last just about a year.

if you go to costco you can get 6lbs of protein for $34 (if you do go, get the chocolate)

Ahh. Never have tried Orange Triad. I use Animal Pak ... who would've guessed.
