Best stack for the least amount of money

I am trying to put together a good stack for muscle building, and recovery. Mostly recovery. I go through so very tough workouts, just like most of you, and I need help recovery quickly for my next workout. I am having a kid, so I have to be careful about what I spend. My nutrition is very good. Thank you

For recovery, look at products such as Controlled Labs' Purple Wraath, Scivation Xtend, AEN Intrabolic and Core ABC

I agree. This should help a lot for recovery, particularly if you arent already taking something like it.

Thank you for the help. How much Chicken do you eat a day? Do you also take Protein powder, or just Chicken?

I will take a look at these products too. Does anyone else have any advise. Thanks

No, theres not a need for it, especially if your diet is good.

But from experience, I can say that taking products like mentioned above has helped me with recovery, which is what he was asking for.
