everyone is different so it varies from person to person
other factors such dieting and training also play a large role
personally, my biceps respond generously to the abuse i put them through, but my triceps, not so much unfortunately.

Well I've been training nearly 10months and have put on at least 3inches on my arms. Obviously now that growth is going to slow down though...

Height plays a big role on rate of growth. Obviously a guy who's 5' 5" will grow quicker than someone who is 6' because the larger guy has longer arms and more space to fill out (no offense meant to previous poster). Personally, I'm bulking right now and gaining a pound a week and my arms grow between 3/16" to 1/4" every month.

I wish my 17 inch guns would grow 3 inches in 10 months.

Remember your bicep is only 1/3 of your arm, the triceps are much larger

YES! triceps are more important because it is 2/3 of your arm, alot of people overlook that.

my biceps measured 15inches 5 months ago, now they're 17 (measured yesterday). Using a myotape. This is in a caloric deficit on a cutting diet btw.
