    Correct Military Presses

I've started throwing MPs into my routine and unsure of the correct arm posture.

Should I have my elbows out to my side like a DB Shoulder Press? or closer inward in front of my shoulders? I've done a few sets both ways and don't really feel a difference if one way is working more than the other. I can do the same amount of reps. Thanks.

Your elbows need to be in front of the bar.
