Just got a Gym Membership *again.
Hi, everyone!
I just got another gym membership at the same gym where I worked out back in December of 2004. I went on a business trip in January of 2005 and returned home in October of 2006. What happened was when I got back home I returned to my home gym 50 miles away from the city. About 6 months later I got lazy and I didn't get back into lifting until just last July. Just this past Wednesday I re-applied at the same gym that I worked out at almost 4 years ago, the only person that recognized me was the gym owner. Well, workouts have been going great and I've been pouring buckets of sweat, just like I did when I was at home. I rested this weekend I plan another hellashist workout Monday.
Work-outs are great.

By the way I don't have to drive 50 miles to the city to workout because I have a place in the city. My home gym is still there at my house thogh.

Good job, Nota...and welcome back to healthy living!
Remember...when you NEED exercise just like they need food and sleep....it's become part of your life...which is where most of the people are here....and I think where you want to go : )

How true it is to shed all your vices like smoking and drinking and going to bars, just to live for the gym life.
