:/ My blood pressure

Hey bros, I got a little shock today when i checked my blood pressure at walmart. Even though those little cuffs are too small for my arm i still usually get a pretty accurate reading every time i use it....

A month ago prior to my cycle: 132/80

Today 3 weeks into my cycle (Dbol + test e): 148/130!!!!

The diastolic reading was a complete and total shocker. I've never had my diastolic go above 85 on any cycle, and this is my 7th one. I've got 2 more weeks of the dbol left, and after that i hope/suspect the readings should drop a little... but if not i'm contemplating stopping the cycle early. Then I suppose i'll just try to get it down before starting up again... but damn. Am i over reacting?

Try an AI like arimidex .5mg EED, it helped me out with my blood pressure, because it kept the bloat to a minimum, and the more bloat (water) you have in your system the higher your blood pressure is going to be. Dbol + test e = bloat feast! Also try to stay away from caffeine if you can the day of when you get your blood pressure checked.

How much cardio are you doing? Also, don't run an AI while on DBOL or Anadrol. It will reduce the anabolic properties of it.

I seriously doubt the 130 is accurate. The generic blood pressure monitors like at WalMart can be misleading to people with larger forearms. But I'm sure your blood pressure is still WAY higher than it should be. Do more cardio and control your sodium intake while drinking more water.

If you read them they say they are designed for no more than an average 13" arm.... So more than likely you are getting a false reading.

Hawthorne berry is THE best herb for lowering blood pressure. Celery seed extract works well too....

yeah. i do remember seeing that. i cannot even get my arm in there. if your low is 130 you'd be having some issues it's gotta be off. but i bet it's still high like everybody else said. fwiw there are decent priced bp monitors on ebay. stuff like that and bsl monitors are pretty easy to find cheap because of the need for them and gov't grants and **** to the companies to give discounts and such.

I also look for health fairs as they will do this for free as well as cholest.checks.... Usually there will be one twice a year in your area. Just got to find them.

right. sometimes those walk-in medical facilities also have free bp, chol, etc checks sponsored by the county or city or some association. like they'll have that healthy heart month or whatever it is and you'll find free chol checks here and there.

I cant even get my forearm in the ones at walmart. I wouldnt read too much into it. Go to the Dr. or have a trainer at your gym take your BP. If the cuff is too tight your reading will be high.

I cant even get my arm in them man. I take my forearm pressure lol. I freaked last year and went to the doc and found it to be normal. He was laughing at me for taking the measurements on those machines serious.

Im a nursing student, so I learned how to take blood pressure. Luckily Im good at it but i cant do myself.. so I just have my friends in my major take mine all the time.

Then I suppose i'll just try to get it down before starting up again... but damn. Am i over reacting?

better to be safe then sorry.....get to a doctor and let him take your BP

high BP is a silent killer and nothing to fool around with
