Chart to follow concerning digestion
It's very important to make sure you are getting optimal digestion for a number of reasons. Here is a chart that fully links together the foods that work well.

I think it's worth it in both fat loss and digestion aspects, considering digestion has a large role in fighting disease etc.

That chart shows the author has a very poor understanding of the physiology of the digestive system.

As an example the author says "Protein and starches eaten together will spoil in the stomach". It makes no sense. That's just not how it works.
But i'm not going to give everyone lessons on the digestive system. I suggest you do a bit of research on how it works yourself and you'll see the flaws in that chart.

This is old-school internet myth/BS. You'll probably have to go back a few years to get a discussion.
And of course one can tell it is BS because it doesn't include variations for blood type, color of my eyes and how many kids I have.
