I can deadlift 405-415
Squat 345
Strict overhead press (no leg drive) 160-165
But I can't even bench 205
What gives?

with a 165lbs press you should be able to bench 255lbs for 1 with no problem. obviously weak chest and weak triceps. bench more, try doing flies for chest and do dips/skulls/cgbp/floor press/heavy lockouts for tris. i would even recommend an arm day where you can concentrate on bis and TRIS.

switch to db, had the same problem with my bench then i went to db and narrow grip bench. Tried bench later and it was way easier.
