I'm in pretty happy with my size and training right now- 5'5, 127 and 21 bf. Just trying to lean out a little. I'd like more definition all around.
After reading TONS on the internet and in fitness magazines, it seems like the women who look the way I admire have different training programs. Some do two days of cardio and four days of hardd weight training. Others do five days of cardio and just 2-3 days of weight training. What gives? Do I just need to try both for a while to see what makes the most difference for my body? Or, do I need to up the cardio for a while until my metabolism changes more?
