9/19 - Back/Biceps
Good workout and awesome pump. Back and biceps strength isn't going up as fast as legs/chest strength is. I was pissed at the end of the workout because I'm tired of having small, weak biceps.

I think I may move DB shrugs to another day, because my forearms get way too burned out after bicep curls, so I can barely hold the dumbells for shrugs for an entire set. That's the reason for the decrease in sets/weight for db shrugs.Gaspari Spirodex

As of today, I am 190lbs, +10lbs from start of bulk, +8lbs from start of PRIME.
I don't know whether I'll 3RM on squat and bench Monday and Tuesday or at the end of my PRIME bottle (Thursday). What do you guys think?Gaspari Spirodex

I would suggest do for the 3rm for bench press on Monday and the 3rm for the squat on Thursday.

This is what I'm asking: since leg day is Monday and chest day is Tuesday, should I 3RM on those days or at the end of my PRIME bottle (Thursday/Friday).
I originally posted Thursday. Sorry for the confusion. I could do both on one day but I'd rather not. But I still want to know whether another 3 days on PRIME would contribute to more strength and a more successful 3RM.Gaspari Spirodex

9/25 - Shoulders/Triceps
NOTE: TODAY IS MY LAST DAY OF PRIME!
One of my best workouts on PRIME! I was feeling sort of sick the entire workout but managed to smash DB press. I ended up doing 10 sets! . Absolutely obliterated last week's DB presses. Last week I hit 70x8 with a spot on the last couple. Today I did 2 sets of 70x8 with NO spotter! Felt light! There was a huge guy repping 70's 12 times for like 4 sets...motivated the hell outta me but was kind of depressing at the same time lol.
A note on today's PRIME dosing: I had more capsules left in the bottle than I was supposed to by today, because I took only 4 on my first day of PRIME. Therefore, I took 3 with breakfast and 3 pre workout...2 more than usual. Again, I took 8 capsules instead of my normal 6. Guess I coulda saved them for Friday, but I was already planning to end on Thursday since I began on a Friday.

3RM on BARBELL BENCH PRESS!
I was so psyched to max! Keep in mind I have not touched flat barbell bench press for 5 weeks. Only incline bb press and db presses.
PRE-PRIME
I have gotten 225x4 on a GOOD day before. My current 1RM before PRIME was 250. My 3RM therefore was an estimated 225-230lbs, probably 225.
And now.....
Drum roll please! ---------------------------------------------------------
BB Bench:
135x8

I was debating whether to warm up or not, finally deciding it would be a good idea. I got on that bench and repped out 135 and was like "WHaaaaaaat???" It felt like I could lift it with my little finger!
Then, I SMAAAAASHED my previous 3RM by 25lbs!!!! I have NEVER been able to get more than 4 reps of 225!
Then I loaded it up with my previous 1RM, 250, and proceeded to smash that too! My 1RM became my new 3RM
Finally, I was like, "FREAKIN SWEET, lets load up 275". Got it almost twice!!! I was so ecstatic after setting these records!!!
So,
POST-PRIME
3RM = 250lbs and
1RM = 275lbs (for now, probably could have done 280-285 cold)
Interesting thing is, about 2 weeks ago, a friend of mine told me he got 265x1. I tried it that same day, but couldn't get it. Now I get 275 almost x2??? Unbelievable.
Of course this isn't 62lbs as PRIME claims. However, remember this is "up to 62lbs." Who wouldn't be happy with gaining 25lbs on their bench press!?

you taste your 3rm Immediately before you started taking prime, or first day or anything?
Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.
