Hudge dose of Vit B12

I heard that if you take a huge dose of vit b12 (like 5ml or more) once per few days it decreases the chances of getting some minor injuries. I would like to know is it true ? If so tell us.

Im not sure how this will work. However dosing Vit b12 throughout the day is very beneficial

B12 injections can be used to break up scar tissue.

I have discovered there is no such thing as overtraining. There is only under-eating and under-sleeping.

How to recover from a knee injury:

"give it a stern talking to, then rub some ground beef on it. Cook the ground beef and make tacos. Then eat said tacos, Then squat till it learns its lesson!!!"
