i've these equipment. i ve a problem. i dont have a bench press machine(power rack).i dont have enough room. i can bench press with only dumbells and bodysolid machine press(it says biangular technology) . i ve heavy dumbells (2 lbs to unlimited)

do i need a power rack ? is it obligation? ..
or machine bench press and dumbell bench press will be enough.worst thing with dumbell bench press is it s not easy as a barbell bench press with spotter.
    i m not a powerlifter.for example i love mark wahlberg's body. thats my target

I only have that too lol. But i can still manage to do all my exercises with a mix of dumbbels and different postures, you dont need to buy fancy 1500$ machines.

All you need to buy is heavier plates and dumbbels has you get stronger.

Here are some pics of my setup:

    XRS 20
    Power Tower
    Lat PD
    Dumbbells
    Weights

I really need to get a Power Rack and something to put my dumbbells on.

The garage usually isn't this dirty and disorganized.

    My current setup

My Parabody Power rack, Lat machine and 2 weight trees with 510lb mainly Cap brand

I also have a punching bag off to the right where boat is, but you cant see.

I plan on raising the roof of the structure, instead of it sloping to one side I figure I'll just add a high peak in middle to combat snow/rain.

Also gotta re-level the first flooring piece as it seems to have settled some.

If you notice the logs in background I plan on using them for box jumps.(ghetto fab? yes, functional...I hope)

here are some new pics of my gym. i'm in the process of upgrading plates, but everything else is about set.
    my rack and bench:

ghr, squat boxes, safety squat bar:

pulldown machine, leg press, 2 weight trees and a mess of crap in the corner. some will be for sale, some just needs to be organized. yes, there's a gazelle over there

powerblocks, foam roller, kettlebells, medicine balls, 100# dbs, rolling thunder, and my sweet flamed shoes:

concept2 rower, squat bar, trap bar, 2 oly bars, and ezcurl bar on a rack i made today. not sure if i like the bar rack, but it'll do for now.

here are pics of the plates i still need to get in the basement, along with a york bar i still need to clean up:

i'll probably end up keeping most of the 45s i have in the gym already, but selling off almost all of the 35s and 25s.

i have a sled out in the garage, and am making a "strongman" log. i've also got a tire, just have to go pick it up, and a couple sledgehammers.

$409 worth of equipment so far. Open Rack for 100, weight set brand new for 300 couldn't find a used one for the life of me, everybody had standard. A standard bar, and ezcurl bar were free from my old man along with about 200 lbs of standard plates. Also a 9 dollar calf raise machine I got with the open rack. The bench me and my old man frankensteined together from a couple benches.

    less of a `poor mans` gym...

    ...more of a paupers!
best i can do, but it works
squat/row stands, bench, `upsidedown garden chair` dip station/depth push ups,
med ball, tire bumper plates, backpack sandbags, TRX clone.
mostly set for stronglifts 5x5 at moment!
