You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

I'm guessing you just stacked 2 8'x4' ply wood atop each other and finished off the top with stall mats and a 4'x4' center?
Do you have any regrets?
Is it stable?
Any issues with bench placement?
I have a pretty small space (7.5'x7.5', but could make one end 8' and cut a notch off the end) and was wondering if the 4' would've been too shallow.

keepin it basic. barbells are the ****.
i don't even look at barbells like usual people do or even as tools. they are everything. wish i could take one with me everywhere.
i wish more humans appreciated barbells like i/we do. they are like magic carpets and can take you anywhere you want to go.[]---[] Ivanko Barbell Crew #42 []---[]

Yep, just 3 sheets of plywood (1 cut in half) and some horse stall mat. The bench was very close to the back edge so I added a strip to prevent the bench from sliding off. Anchored with lag bolts the rack is is very stable. No regrets at all.
7.5 x 7.5 is very tight. Are you sure you're going to be able to load the bar?Meet PRs: 475/280/415

Thanks for the response.
It's very tight but doable.
I'm thinking to have the rack off center by 6 inches, as most of the bar loading inside of the rack would be done off the ground it would be much easier.
Deadlifts would be a little more difficult but I have two bars, one could be a dedicated deadlift bar so it's only the actual swapping of plates I'll have to worry about.
The room is ~94" wide and has one side reaching up to 110" long (the side where I plan to mount the rack) and the other side approx 94" long (due to a small step down from a higher level). This has given me an effective 94" square to build a platform. I rounded it down to 90" for ease of mind. Now I have to come up with something easier than having to cut up all those plywood to 90"x45".
