Flying Squirrel Wingspan....How'd you make your lats shoot out?
Have strong lats atm, but want to really make them grow. Give me a hand with an exercise program, rep and set numbers, combined with any other advice please.
Cool thanks. Also, do your aforementioned exericses really help with the lower part of the lats to help bring out the V-shape more, making the waist appear smaller?
Sweet & if I'm not mistaken the lower lats are the ones that would make the connecting to your waits look right? I've also heard narrow grip works lower lats on pulldowns/pull ups/seated cable rows
