Brock Lesnar is what is known as farm boy strong. He started doing phsical labor at an early age. Most kids that grew up on farms have incredible strength. Matt Hughes is another guy who is just plain farm boy strong.
He who argues for his limitations gets to keep them.

I saw in this video he trained with logs. So he was able to pick dudes up that way.

ive got genetics that let me train very hard without complaining....i get this from my dad who is very good at never giving up
