Gettin all protein from real food - What should I expect for grocery bill per week??
My complexion has been goin ape**** this last week, I'm thinkin it may be because of my high dairy intake - by way of my whey protein drinks + cheese. I'm gonna cut out milk products for a while and test this theory...
How much should I expect to spend on my weekly grocery bill, now that I'm gonna get all my protein from real foods??? About 300grams per day. I do have a costco membership

Bro, you won't need as much protein if its 100% whole food sources. You can do it for 'bout $60 a week (max).

total grocery bills, or just the meat part? I spend less than $10 a day on the meat.

I do about $70 a week and I eat quite a bit of protein. Just wait for sales and shop at the cheap stores. One tip, imo, organic/natural is a moneygrab.
