I eat 6 times a day.

usually 5 for me. I need to splitit up to 6, but it's hard for me to do that.....

But yeah...I should.

since today is a workout day I will get my PWO shake though....so that is an extra meal.

The last meal of the day for me is a protien shake. at 8 pm. I work out four days a week 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off. Works for me I sometimes do extra cardio on off days.

Generally I lift 3 days a week and do cardio on those days also. with one other cardio session thrown in there. However since I'm on IR at the moment, I am just doing legs twice a week with cardio after and Jogging 2 other days outside the gym.

I see the surgeon on the 26th of this month.

hopefully then. If not...it will be surgery and likely 2 more months.

Good luck on the cut. I'll be pretty much beer free with ya. I only have a few now and then these days. I wanna get to 205 lbs

if they do surgery , what all will they have to do?and for you and dan , i talked to my uncle last nite who has land in east texas , he has some wild hogs at the back of his land , and he almost hit a deer yesterday on his road,as the deer bounded across the road

Mary, that would depend on what the MRI shows. They won't do the MRI yet as they don't feel I will need surgery. I hope I don't. If they do and their diagnosis is correct on a partial tear of the tendon, then one of 2 things. Either sew the tendon together then rest (if the tear is in mid tendon) or screw the tendon to the bone (if thetear is where tendon meets bone. Then once it heals, therapy most likely.

Oh...and ya didn't think of me with all the hogs and deer? Thanks.
