no im serious , beer is good for plants , and like you make a soap mixture with dove dishwashing and spray it on your yard and it will kill fungus

i make beer biscuits that are great , love to cook and im a southern cook , but i have tried to alter , to get rid of fat and sugar , like using natural applesauce in cakes instead of oil and sugar , and stuff like that

if you use a soda(coke) to marinate meat with , the acid will help break down the meat some and make it really tender , take a brisket , put in large pan , few cloves of garlic , onion , red pepper flakes and 2 cans of coke , marinate over nite , then smoke the meat , damn good

My brother's wife uses coke to marinate. It does taste good.

another plant tip , for your outside beds , save empty egg shells , crush , then spread over the beds , then cover the beds with mulch for winter , and pickle juice will help roses bloom , they like the acidity
