So today was Day 1:

For breakfast I had 3 eggs, some turkey bacon and a whey shake w/ water.

I had a snack of ablout 10-15 almonds.

For lunch I had a boneless Skinless Chicken breast and some broccoli.

I am currently eating a salad as a snack(small Salad No dressing)

And for dinner I am going to have Some talapia and some broccoli(i love this ****)

Then I might have a whey shake before bed.

I did my workout between snack #1 and lunch. I am having my brother accompany me to the gym for this week so I learn propper form. I did the warmup in the book and did 10 mins on the treadmill at a brisk walk.
Then it was on to the weights. Im doing this by the book 100 %. And today took awhile so i could figure out what weight was right for me. Im not so tired right now, actually feel good. But I know tomorrow I will be sore as hell. I had my doctor look at it and he said it should work. I have a sciatic nerve issue and i figure weight loss could help relieve it. But I know some of the moves will be painful. Im gonna do monthly Pictures. Plan a till I get to 200 lbs. No Supps other than whey. Anyone with me on this?

Cool

I've been on this diet for about 2 weeks. I think this is a good diet if you want to call it that. I just surrender to the fact that I can't eat the way I do and stay slim like I did when I was in my 20's. So, I have been following the intake plan E. This is the one were you eat carbs for 36 hours (weekend) and a little before and after your workout. I picked this plan because I am going to stay on it indefinitely. So far I have no problem with it. I feel strong and alert unlike I did on the Atkins diet and I really don't crave the carbs. My loss of weight has been low because of the plan, at 5lbs in two weeks, but I am looking thick not famished. I think I'm down 2 pant sizes. I use my own workout program, its worked for me for over 20 years and I don't think I need the tnt workout to get the results I am looking for. This is just a mantanence thing for me but if you follow plan A you will loose weight much faster. As for the fact that this came from the same people that write for Mens Whatever, who give a ****?!! If it works, I'm game.

Never heard of it. Best way to lose weight is just to eat right and cardio. None of these weird diets >.<
