Question for Palumbo Cutting diet

I just started the Dave Palumbo cutting diet I read about on these forums 3 days ago. I have been following what was posted for a 250 lb man perfectly. But I have a few questions for anyone who knows this diet.

For a 250lb+ man:
Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter
Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
Meal 6 6 whole eggs

I was wondering about the carb up meal once per week. When does this start? Do I do it the first week or should I wait 2 weeks before getting my first carb up?

I hear its good to make the carb meal your last meal of the day, is this true?

It is good to wait two weeks, so your body becomes fat adapted (burn fat for fuel).
Most people on Keto have a carb-up day and not a carb-up meal. You pick a day every two to three weeks and eat clean carbs. Some get away with dirty carb-up days like junk food. Everybody is different.

For example friday is good carb-up day. Eat carbs that day. Limit fat (keep it low) intake and take your protein as 1g per Lean body mass.
Sat your back to your regular diet for another two to three weeks.

You dont realize just how many foods have carbs until you arent allowed to eat them

So tomorrow is my carb up. Should I do a carb meal or a whole day of carbs? Anyone who followed the palumbo diet please chime in.

...well u arent doing the palumbo diet if you don't carbmeal (last meal) every 4 days...

personally i think u should carb meal once per week or carb day once per 2 weeks

from my experience i gain muscle very well from weekly carb ups and cut up really well from bi weekly carbups - look at it like that
