I was wondering about the carb up meal once per week. When does this start? Do I do it the first week or should I wait 2 weeks before getting my first carb up?
I hear its good to make the carb meal your last meal of the day, is this true?

It is good to wait two weeks, so your body becomes fat adapted (burn fat for fuel).
Most people on Keto have a carb-up day and not a carb-up meal. You pick a day every two to three weeks and eat clean carbs. Some get away with dirty carb-up days like junk food. Everybody is different.
For example friday is good carb-up day. Eat carbs that day. Limit fat (keep it low) intake and take your protein as 1g per Lean body mass.
Sat your back to your regular diet for another two to three weeks.
