WTF I make good progress.. solid strength/muscle gains. I get up to around 156 lbs and then get sick and go back down to 150.
Every time.
God hates me. Any suggestions?

you shouldnt be getting sick that often...
i have not been sick in over 2 and half years, other than a cold that lasted a few days.
your not getting enough nutrients..
make sure you drink a ton of water each day, your getting lots of fruits and veggies, your taking a multivitamin, your getting lots of rest, your stretching daily, doing cardio regularily. and you shouldnt get sick.

Could be water weight too, your body tends to become dehydrated when your sick.
But im much the same brah I seem to force feed myself some times cos I want to get big so quick.
I don't get sick but a bit of drool comes up........... lulz
I don't seem to lose any weight though.
Are you taking a mulit everyday?
