WTF I make good progress.. solid strength/muscle gains. I get up to around 156 lbs and then get sick and go back down to 150.

Every time.

God hates me. Any suggestions?

I workout when i'm sick but I have absolutely no energy or drive. I usually drop the weight in a week or two.

I can only keep down 1 meal a day when i'm sick.

Take a lot of Vitamin C and you will stop getting sick.

I suppose it can't hurt.

if you can only keep down one meal a day when youre sick , try drinking a few weight gain shakes, that will get you your 3000 or so calories andmuch easier to "take" than food

I'll try that. It's def alot easier to force drink than to chew food.

you shouldnt be getting sick that often...

i have not been sick in over 2 and half years, other than a cold that lasted a few days.

your not getting enough nutrients..

make sure you drink a ton of water each day, your getting lots of fruits and veggies, your taking a multivitamin, your getting lots of rest, your stretching daily, doing cardio regularily. and you shouldnt get sick.

Could be water weight too, your body tends to become dehydrated when your sick.

But im much the same brah I seem to force feed myself some times cos I want to get big so quick.

I don't get sick but a bit of drool comes up........... lulz

I've slacked on the vitamins. I'll pick up some more tonight. I guess i'm eating all meat/fats and all of my carbs are wheats.. so i'm definitely malnourished.
