Is it possible to incorporate Power Cleans into 5x5 and keep Rows one day?
I like to do both.
If its not worthwhile, and I totally sub power cleans for rows, Do the rep schemes or % etc given on Madcow's site change at all?

Based on your questions here I'd recommend sticking with rows for now, unless you have a specific need to do power cleans (football or other sports). It would be difficult to work both cleans and rows into Single Factor 5x5 and stay true to the design of the program. What would your plan be to manage the progression and PR attemps of both lifts? It would also probably wreck havoc on your total tonnage, which I'm going to guess is a variable you probably shouldn't be messing with until you have a better feel for the training.
As a general rule of thumb, you should always do power movements (Olympic lifts and their derivatives) first in any training session. They depend on proper form and you don't want to be gassed out when trying to move heavy weights at high speeds.
I'd probably do rows until I started to hit the wall on that movement, and then switch them out for Power Cleans. You'll improve rapidly on the new lift and that's always fun.
