Abs ecto

i'm ecto and was wondering what the best way is for me to create abs?
as in what routine?
every 2nd day i do them? or i do them 6 days a week and have one day break?
cus right now i do them every 2nd day but it's slow progress and i thought maybe if i do it every 6 days and have one day rest aswell as go for a jog everyday it would speed it up?

If your hardcore ecto like me you will obtain abs from just lifting in general. I didn't have to do any isolation excerisizes, they grew from doing other things.
