for me personally, I would have to try it out. I've tried ones like that that are really comfottable, and other ones that feel like they're crushing my chest and I cant breath.

I have no way of trying it I like how you can do 1 arm rows at a time
I've used something similar at the gym on base and I liked it. It takes a little getting used to but it provides a good work out. If you're getting a good deal on it I say get it.
One of the reasons I like it is that it allowed me to work my back without putting my lower back at risk. As a post op back patient(l4-l5 discectomy) and resulting chronic LBP patient I prefer this type of machine.

I like how your arms are able to move independently, but how do you get full range of motion on that machine? Without an intermediate support/rest position to start and end from, it seems like you'd bottom out at each rep. Just asking, maybe I'm missing something. My CSR came from an old Y, looks "home made", and forces you to row with both hands, but it does have 2 supports above "ground" so you get a good stretch.

we have a torso supported row machine at my gym. its more like a T-Bar row i like useing it but i dont think i would buy one for my house. id get a pullover machine and leg press before i got that if i ever did buy it.
