Critique my daily nutrition!
I workout 5 days a week and i just calculated my calories, protein, carbs, and fats that i intake every day. I'm 5'10" and weight about 160 lbs. On an average workout day i get 1918 calories, 178 g of protein, 235.5 g of carbs, and 35 g of fat. I eat all healthy foods and a lot of organic. My goal is to get as strong as possible and keep the fat off. Any recommendations of things that need to go up or down for optimal musclebuilding would be much appreciated!?

I think you should up your intake by 1000 cals or so. 2000's not nearly enough for a guy your size to maintain - I have two inches on you and am a cyclist so my metabolism's way up there and I can't even maintain on less than 3000.
At your age, height and weight, assuming you're lifting on a decent schedule you'll definitely want more cals. Just my 2c.

Thats way too low of calories man. If you are consistently maintaining your weight at those calories id try bumping it up 2-300 calories every week until you start seeing that weight go up. Then stick with that amount of calories until you stop seeing gains. Then bump it up again until you start gaining again.

Yeah I understand what you are saying. When I first started and finally tracked what I was eating, the calories came out surprisingly low. It really helps if you just list what you are eating for each 'meal' and then check other threads for ideas of things you can throw in to up the cals. Good luck and nice work so far.

Youll get tons of mixed opinions on that but personally i like a 40 40 20 split. 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% fats. Im no expert and dont claim to be but thats whats worked best for me so far. I started at 130-135 pounds. So just guesstimating id say double your healthy fat intake and get that protein up to match the carb intake. In time your gonna learn what your body reacts to. Everyones different. Goodluck
