I completed the following exercise
Leg Press:
Reps x Weight (All weights in kgs)
30x30
70x12
80x12
90x8
100x8
110x6 *
140x6
150x6
160x4
150x6
110x10
30x30 *
Where the * is is the 6th Set. So we are limited to entering 6 Sets of any exercise on the Workout Log, so that may be an influence.
Can anyone explain to me how to calculate the 1RM. Because apparently mine is 127.5kg. Given that I have lifted more than that often enough. I dont thinks so.
