mon-legs
tues-shoulders
wedn-back
thurs-chest
fri-arms

Arms after chest is not the end of the world, the triceps are not worked to death (the heaviest workload is on dips IMO) on chest days.

Legs in the begining of the week when one is most fresh because it is the most important workout.

Should be no other complications with overlaps.
