i stick to slow dumbells curls mostly for mass if u try repping out 40lb dumbells for 12 reps very slowly u will feel the burn

i do curl 135 and i keep my back against the wall. i spelt a good 3.5 years focusing on upper body. thats why i only do 240x5 atg squats. im actually 160 pounds.

only 3 ppl repped me so far, 1 person negged me. I went to six flags the other week. My sisters bf got 2 basketballs for like $6 by shooting a 3 pointer twice. We've been playing a little and I was practicing my dunking some. I can do it sometimes but its not perfect, If I keep practicing I'll get it down perfect. Its a lot easier for me to do a 1 hand dunk too for some reason.
