Here's a squat of 518 lbs., knee wraps and belt:
Here's a bench of 336 lbs., unequipped. Yeah, I know - my bench is beastly:
Here's a failed deadlift. Code begins with "_" and won't allow me to embed:

Here's a vid from yesterday. Failed second rep on the second lift in the vid, and the boards flipped over and smacked me in the balls when I rolled the bar onto the pins:
(Turn up the volume if you can. )
Gonna do my first meet in gear on Nov. 1st.Here Lies the Rant

Yeah:
1. Eat more
2. Take another second or two with your set-up. Demonstrate proper control at the start of the lift. Bad habits here could lead to your beating the 'down' command at a meet.
3. Strengthen your core. Abs, obliques, etc. You look a little wobbly.
4. Sit back more. Box squatting may help with this.
Overall not too bad. See a lot worse.

From the first page of Madcow's:
Weight Selection/Time Between Sets/Exercise Substitution:
The long and short is Important/Take what you need/Don't **** with this especially the squats. Adding some arm work once a week is fine. Subbing incline for standing military is fine. Adding core work and doing cardio is fine. Do not sub in a machine variant unless you are injured or over 65.
Did you order Starting Stength yet?
