how much cals?

for me to bulk,
i have a labouring job,and i box ,so roughly how much cals should i be getting?
im 70 kg

monday: boxing
tuesday:gym, weights
wensday:boxing
thursday weights
friday: off
sat: weights
sun:weights

soon i will be goin to boxing on a thursday instead of doin weights

You need to determine your maintenance level for calories before you can figure this out. Where you are very active I would say you are going to need to take in more cals to properly bulk vs. someone who isn't quite that busy running around etc.
