Lean Green...Too much?

I kmow it says I cap 2x daily with meals. But are there any side effects with taking it at every meal? or what is the max amount that can be taken daily?

I think it depends on your sensibility to stimulants but I would rather prefer taking it on empty stomach and before training sessions, specially cardio, to maximize the thermogenic effect. Anyway I would recommend between 1000mg (2capsules) and 2000mg (4) depending on how you feel.
