Looking much leaner.
What type of boosted Datsun do you drive? I have a '99 Trans Am although it's mostly stock with a few bolt-ons. It went 12.2s @112 on ET streets though with just intake, exhaust, and gears though which is at least respectable. I sure wish I could afford a built motor and twin turbos.6'3"

How did your kitchen counter not change in a whole year. Only thing chaged is the stacked beer cups got switched with a BB shaker cup and bananas. Even the blue dish soap is at the same level. LOL.
Great back definition. Good progress.Llamas will be shot!

Lol I dunno man at least I did more dishes this time around :P
Some of my lifts have increased, some haven't--I switched from a powerlifting focus to a bodybuilding focus about 4-5 months ago so my strength on some has gone down (and strangely some up) but I think (and have been told) that I'm looking better since switching. I also started directly training my arms (I didn't before) so although I've dropped 15lbs they've maintained the same size as in the before picture.Use coupon code BEARD for 5% off your order at truenutrition.com
