I'm exaggerating, but I've never been to a gym this nice.
This is about 1/4 the facilities... Has MMA rooms, raquet ball courts, indoor pool ETC.

My favorite gyms have been and will always be the "hole-in-the-wall" gyms. Best place I ever worked out in was a powerlifting gym in the back alley of a hobby lobby. The weights were all getting rusty and I wouldn't have had it any other way.
"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

Looks like a great place to socialise, has good gear no doubt but most of it i wouldn't touch and it's to spread out imo.
Good gym requirements:
Good range of db's, enough benches to have one available, enough squat racks to have one available, pull up/dip station, ezy curl bar and some treadmills/ bikes to warm up on + Loads of mirrors (hate lifting in front of a wall) + rubber flooring or flooring that allows you to drop weights without smashing cement and a good lifting atmosphere with bonus points for the running track + seated row, lat pull down, leg extension/leg press/ leg curl/exercise balls/medicine balls.

Those type of gyms are sweet for a certain amount of time. Nothing gets me quite pumped and ready to work though as a dirty weight pit.
The fancy gyms are nice because they are just nice to look at and there's everything there.
Weight pits are nice because it's just about you and the weights, and sweat is encouraged."All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us." Gandalf The Grey

I stay on the bottom level with the weights.
Actually the DBs go to 125, and there are 3-4 sets of each.
Maybe 20-30 benches of various kinds.
Lots of dips but not enough pullups [but the fortress area can be looked into]
The whole place is mirrors LOL!
Ezy Curl and Straight Bars
The place is just so damn fing big that it would take me forever to really document it. This is actually the first bar with a squat rack I've ever been to.

Illini FTW!
Buddy of mine has seen MJ down their before, and he's hooped with the team before. Im sure MJ will be in a few pickup games at the new gyms.
Im considering transferring to UI, but I think im still set on Arizona State.
So is there massages at this gym?
Have you seen any of the football, basketball players in the weight room? I know a buddy of mine used to see the football and bball players playing pickup games at Ubben? But thats separate right?
Im sure they do their lifting separate at the teams facility, Im sure the practice field has a gym. Martez Wilson is a beat I wonder what kind of weight he is throwing around..****************************G-Money******************************
