    Just went shopping yesterday and got the following for around $130.

    5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
    10 cans of 5oz chicken
    12 dozen eggs
    1 gallon skim milk
    15 lbs frozen green beans
    1 bag carrots
    3 bags spinach
    1 bunch bananas
    1 jar natty PB
    8oz raw almonds
    1 pack 2% cheese
    3 boxes brown rice
    6 lbs wild blueberries
    2 loaves of WW bread
    3 pints FF cottage cheese
    1 giant bottle of Texas Pete Hot Sauce
    1 bottle salsa

    And some other ****. Should last 10-12 days.

    Whites to whole eggs probably 40:1 lol. No, it's not due to cholesterol or fat. I prefer to get my fat intake primarily from nuts and seeds and a little bit of cheese. Nothing wrong with whole eggs, I like eating a lot of whites with breakfast because it frees up a lot of calories for a wider variety of foods.

    On non-training days I'll typically eat 3-6 whole eggs.
