I've been taking the BSN Syntha-6 protein stuff for about 9-months...I guess it's working OK.
Seems like there's a lot of guys using Whey, specifically Optimum 100% Natural Whey.
I don't know anything about Whey. Do both products (Whey & Syntha-6) do the same thing...which is best?

Depends on what you want out of your protein.
on 100% whey is jus that...its Whey and is fast absorbing good to take first thing in the morning or through out the day when you need a quick fix of protein.
Syntha 6 is a blend probly good post workout or as a meal replacment maybe as a pre bed meal.
There not equal products eventho they are both protein they both help anabolism in different ways.
JUS SO YOU KNOW THO....taste wise syntha 6 is gunna kick ON's ass, blends always taste better than regular whey.

Considering cost per serve, if I were to compare ON whey vs Syntha, i pick ON each time.
My postworkout drink consists of ON Whey + UP2.0 + creatine + beta alanine
I used to have syntha because it tasted so good but since i had no idea how much grams of casein protein there was, i stopped buying it.

This topic doesnt even make sense. Whey is whey and syntha-6 is a protein blend. Two totally different products for different purposes.
Compare ON whey to scivation whey. Compare syntha-6 to muscle milk or nitro core. Don't compare On whey to syntha-6..

Two different products, Now if you were to compare our Blend NItrocore 24 vs Syntha that would be more of a comparison. Either way ON wins

It's really not a make ya or break ya decision. If you liked the results from myo then stick with a blend. If you wanna try some pure whey pwo you can try ON or some of the other many popular whey isolates. It probably isn't going to make a big difference. Heck grab a tub of each and see what you like.
