I have a revocable living trust that all my NFA items are umbrella'd under.

The class 3 license is only for retailers. There are a ton of licenses when it comes to the ATF (SOT, FFL, Class 2, Class 3 etc....) but as a civilian, there is no license to acquire said items.

Ok the tax stamp. I said license. wrong terminology. Here this process is a PITA and was told it could take 6 months or more to complete.
