Need 4-5 days split workout for PRRS program!!

As stated above, i wanted to start this PRRS ( POWER, REP RANGE and Shock) program next week. 4-5 days split. PLease write down all the excercise for me thx.

You can download my PRRS template in the thread of the same name in this forum. It might help you - it details the PRRs program that I'm using. Tweak it as you see fit.
