    How much water should i be drinking?

    Hey people just wanting to know how much water i should be cramming in everyday?? im 96kg or 210lbs, taking all the supplements, creatine etc, and lifting 4-5 times a week.

    1-2 gallons.
    1 is an absolute minimum.
    I reccomend you bring a water bottle with you wherever you go and just fill it up everytime it gets low/empty. That's what I do.

    aim for two gallons a day. That's what I do, this way I am either close or reached that amount, and if under then at least I am getting 1 gallon
