Yeah I take it back - 6 inch is 24P, 6F, 40C, so P/C ratio is fine (double meat - add 15P), and yeah only get double meat as poster said if six inch or of course really hungry

Subway is fast food. I wouldn't consider it clean in the slightest but I also wouldn't care because it's tasty and there's one steps from my gym so it's awesome for a quick post-workout/pre-work meal.

WOW wtf? That much s*it in a patty/strips? And I always thought they were just plain old Chicken breast. I'm never going to Subway, EVER again.
