First Log, Test/Tren/Var

Allright fellas, want to log this sh!t so I keep motivated and consistent.

Cycle (as of now):
Weeks 1-12: 500mg Test E
Weeks 1-10: 200mg Tren E (first time so low dose, can't use Ace due to work)
Weeks 1-6: 50mg/day Var (have it so why not )
Week 14 on PCT Nolva at least 40/20/20/20/10/10/10

Letro as little as needed
HCG 250iu 2x a week starting week 6 or 7 up to PCT
Cabergoline on hand if needed .5mg 2x a week
B6 maybe as well (advice here?)

Routine: HIT (thanks to Sik for his help)

1 workout every 4 days-1 working set to failure, mixing in supersets and negatives. Pretty excited about this, just started and I can tell you it is WAY different than I ever expected, felt like a truck hit me after. Took a solid 12-14 days off completely, just got back in the gym this week so I'm fresh as a daisy and rearing to go.

Day 1: Chest/Back
Day 5: Legs
Day 9: Arms/Delts
Day 13: Legs
Repeat

All workouts being logged and I will keep progress updated every few weeks (it will take 16 days to repeat a workout so progress posts will be S-L-O-W, ha)

Diet:

60% Carb
25% Protein
15% Fats

As much as my body tells me to eat. I'm done trying to cram down tons of calories and fat. Tried that twice and quite simply bloat like a toad and feel like ****. The only real success I have had was to eat as much as my body told me while keeping fat low and meal frequency high to keep hunger up.

Diet will consist of the following: At least 4 solid meals plus one weight gainer shake. All meals 600 cals minimum to start out, yes, that's only 3,000 a day. But that is minumum and consider I sit on my ass all day and will only lift about 2 days a week.

Protein:
Lean Beef, Lean Pork, Turkey, Chicken, Fish (tuna/tilapia and such), cottage cheese, some milk, eggs, potentially ostrich and buffalo and wild boar if I can get the local source to call me back!

Carbs:
Whole grain breads and pastas, sweet potatoes, red and russet potatoes (both using vinegar to lower GI)..brown, wild and some white rice, grapefruit and other mixed fruit (low amounts of these, but enough to be healthy)

Fats:
Almonds (thanks PG on the Costco recommendation), Milled Flax, Flaxseed Oil, Natty PB, Olive Oil

Some greens in the form of salads, enough to stay healthy and not a bite more.

Cytogainer 1x a day.

Restaurants: I travel for a living so I have to incorporate eating out into my diet. Have found Ruby Tuesdays, Applebees, Taco Bell, Wendy's etc online nutrition and will strictly adhere to the so called 'healthy' choices. Hate the sodium levels and the processed food factor, but can't change my JOB right now so I have to deal with it.

I am getting some pre-cyle blood work done soon, and will be tracking cholesterol and triglycerides every 3-4 weeks through PCT to get a picture of what is actually going on, just for education sake. May get some mid cycle hormone testing as well if I can afford it, again, for education sake.

I am also tracking BF pinches on a 7 point Parillo method as well as tape measurements. Currently pinched between 9-10% with this method at 190#. I will take a before photo and post when I can.

Well the all food is a minumum, I'm guessing I will be eating the kitchen sink if I keep the fat down.

Ha, I know she will, just so everyone else knows (bubba already does) the woman knows I've done a cycle before and was fine with it. Just not telling her right now because I don't want to give her a crutch to lean on if I happen to get unhappy with her.

I travel almost weekly via airplane and won't risk traveling with something that needs to be shot EOD for best results. Longer esters shot Mon and Friday work best for me.

yeah protein is always easy to get though, not worried about it. At just about 3,000 cals I'll be at 1g per pound of protein, and I'm sure I'll eat 3500+ once the tren hunger kicks in so it'll put me up to 1.25-1.5.

Just need ONE MORE thing before I get the party started....god damn it's hard to be patient, considering it's HCG I'm waiting on and not AAS. I can see how people start early and say "it's coming, no problem" lol....

Ok, first pin later this afternoon.....rock out with your cock out.

Lifted only three times since starting the thread, here's a breakdown. Still figuring out what weights I need given the supersets and machine driven program, I'm used to more free weights. Some of these numbers won't make much sense considering they are machine weights but it's all about progress anyway. So these are the starting numbers (I'll add the 4th day in the rotation to this on Monday)

Was surprisingly sore from the HIT workouts, it's a different feeling knowing each set is your last so you don't have to leave anything in the tank.

Well, never in my wildest dreams did I think 9 reps on 225 squats would cripple me, but after the leg extension pre-exhaust it was way heavier than I anticipated and my walking is still a bit awkward lol. Pretty sure I'm gonna run out of room on the leg extension machine....will have to come up with plan 'b' if so....

Weight is 192 or so, up 2-3 pounds, probably from water retention from the creatine in cytogainer.

Taking the var at 60mg/day instead of 50 as well.

Second inject tonight, tren 100mg/test 250mg, ventrogluteal for the first time so could be interesting. Also started B6 at 500mg/day.

had a screwed up dream last night, but likely just cuz I'm already fuked up because I'm running tren-e and first inject was only 3 days ago.

just hit it, didn't feel a thing. I will admit I took forever to make sure I was in the right spot. Finally figured out I wanted the gluteus medius and i was like, "hell, that makes more sense than ventroglute to me!!" Plus I found Bubba's pic I was in the right spot all along...

Has tightened up know but typical of a virgin poke. We'll see how sore I get but right now it looks like it will be part of my injection rotation though!!!

Wow, boring log.....ha...when you only lift once every 4 days everything is at a snails pace. lol

Friday weigh in: 194 up from 190 last friday. Mostly creatine water retention I'm sure. Need to watch the food cause I've already hit 200 at the end of the day and felt like a swollen tick.

Changed dosages slightly, Var at 60mg and Test down to 400 or so.

3rd pin today, left quad, painless as usual

Have the first 'repeat' workout tomorrow so we'll see if the var has started to kick in and if this HIT program is going to work, supposedly each workout should be stronger without gear so it damn well better be while on it!

Also, I pinned my VG for the first time AFTER a leg workout. The leg workout itself had me walking like Frankenstein but the sore hip to boot made me look even more silly. Inject pain was gone after 3 days though, not bad for a virgin shot.

I never rub the inject site. I remember ratmonkey stating that because the oil is an irritant that it could cause fascia damage and lead to an abscess. Seems like everyone else does though. I just REALLY like using a 25g pin and injecting slowing. For quads I hit the vastus lateralis and never feel any pain at all.

Increased the var....well for the fun of it.
Decreased test because of the gear on hand. May want to run out to 14 weeks instead of 12 and needed to lower it a bit to do that. I really don't think I need more than 400 or so anyway, I'm not real experienced and not a real big SOB.

The creatine is in the cytogainer I'm taking. Creatine always, I mean always gives me the skittles and bloats me at first. There is only 3-4 grams per shake but that's enough to mess with me.

ive never taken var. what would you say it adds to your stack?

4-500mg is more than enough for most people IMO. the gear doesnt do all the work, food, training and rest owns

I don't even see the need to massage, I injected 2 hours ago, didn't bleed a lick and can't even tell I hit the muscle. It's been 5 months since I last hit that quad too. I'm lucky to be lean enough and vascular enough that I can see my veins so I know where I can't shoot, that's a big advantage. Only place I struggle with bleeding is the delt for some reason.

I was/am hoping for some quick strength without the bloat from Dbol. I've shown some signs of estrogen sensitivity so I want to stay away from Dbol on that front too. Plus I'd never taken it so I figured I'd kick off with it and see how it feels. I should feel it before the esters allow for high enough levels of test/tren to mask it. Hoping to see some strength tomorrow morning, have chest/back and it's literaly been 16 days since I did them so I'm relying heavily on the 'rest' you mentioned above! lol...

Well, either the var is doing it's job or this HIT is working....or both.

Felt a funny pop in the lower back on the 6th rep of the DL's....must have lost technique on it. Going to be stiff for a day or two....dammit

This workout really fatigues you, the intensity is crazy. You know you only have one set so you just let your balls out, hit it and move on. Got really light headed and puked in my mouth a little (lol) after it was said and done.

By the next time I hit this workout the hormone levels should be good and high with test/tren so I should smash all these weights. Sweeeetttt

you mean the whopping 14.25" ones you are looking at?...I swear my bi's won't grow to save my life. At least I can only pinch 2mm on them with a caliper so it's all muscle, but cold they are honestly 14"....*sigh* lol..

mine are 15.75" cold and your arms look alot bigger than mine in person....and i have no tri's lol...
