these guys are classic, along with orbital, daft punk and the chemical bros, underworld is a must see if you are a fan of dance music.
take a listen to some underworld stuff if you are unsure:
"born slippy" of trainspotting fame
cowgirl
rez
jumbo
they also remixed leftfield's song of life as lemon interupt, which is one of the first tracks on sasha and digweed's classic renaissance. actually, that three track mash up is classic- three different versions of song of life, in and of itself a masterpiece.
seriously. there's no telling how long underworld will be around for, seeing as how orbital has split up, and daft punk has long discussed going separate ways. these older groups also have the best stage shows. i've had the pleasure of seeing orbital and chemical brothers a few years back. it turned on about 8 of my close friends to electronic music. i'm sure underworld would have done the same.

YES.
The only way they could possibly be more awesome is if Darren Emerson came back for the tour (which obviously isn't going to happen). Will be something truely special
One of the great electronic outfits.
(god I'd kill to see Orbital live)
Also, for those who saw Chemical Bros. live recently...seriously best light and multimedia show I've ever seen (obviously backing some amazing music). If you haven't seen it, look it up on youtube. Specifically 'Saturate' followed by 'Believe'.

Thanks guys.
The main reason I would want to see them is if they put on a good live show. I saw Daft Punk just because I heard there live show was awesome... and it was the best lighting show I have ever and probably will ever see (way better than Chem Bros!).
I would hate to miss a live show if it was anywhere even close to what Daft Punk put on.
I have only listened to born slippy, but have been told Underworld is a good outfit.

yah, underworld is top notch. i'm not sure how good their light show is, but i'm pretty sure all other aspects would be up to snuff. check these out:
