Of course it's safe. Keto includes very nutrient dense foods which will help your growth.

I was very serious. You'll be eating a diet that promotes test production and GH: that's very healthy for a growing boy.

Glycogen is not a necessary fuel source. If glycogen was necessary for sustenance, man would die by going a day or two without food.

When glucose/glycogen availability is low, the body simply loses its dependence on it, by switching to Free fatty acids and Ketone bodies for fuel. In no way does this hinder growth.

Insulin, which is necessary to growth, continues to be produced NOT ONLY in the absence of carbohydrate, but in the complete absence of all food.

I dont really think ill grow any higher but more massive more like later on after some years and bulks... the thing that worries me is the proper function of brain witout glucose and such factors like organ hypertrophy (assuming they still developing) also if it wont f*ck up the metabolism for laterr years and all these questions coming up ^^ <3

The brain is NEVER without adequate glucose. You could go weeks without food and your brain would still be getting all the glucose it needs. Glucose can be endogenously produced. If we couldn't make our own glucose, nearly everyone in this forum would be dead.

and such factors like organ hypertrophy
Keto isn't going to interfere with organ growht.

Typically, atrophy of the organs occurs when:

1. You are under 3-5% bodyfat
2. During prolonged SEVERE caloric restriction (not uncommon in anorexics/bulemics)
3. With advanced age

Carbs don't dictate metabolism. A slowed metabolism can result from caloric restriciton - this is REVERSIBLE.

Young children with epilepsy are put on very strict keto diets for years at a time. And they manage to grow up big and strong. Don't worry about it. Apart from anything else, at 6'1", it's probably too late to stunt your growth.
