BTW are the amino acids stable in liquid? Or is it like creatine in liquid?

Says to take before..... But I thought Amino Acid products are to be taken during workout?

MMM, no man they arent..They can be taken before,during or after..But there are some as there Amino Fuel 2000 which is taken with each meal..
