Fuk these people know nothing. Vac is a lost art that probably died with arnold. It's pretty good bro. Ive always been able to do it some people can others cant. Just keep practicing. I can just about vac go to my spine, and im not a skinny guy either so people are like wtf thats creepy. Keep it up man looks good!

Pretty sure I didn't say it was creepy. I said I didn't know about the "whole stomach thing" because I don't know anything when it comes to that. Calm down man. He's got a great physique and nowhere on this thread was I bashing it.

When I do it I exhale as much as possible then draw my abs back.
